If you are a limited company then you are required to prepare accounts that must be filed with Companies House in a statutory format, there are penalties imposed if you are late submitting your accounts. We can help by preparing your statutory accounts and filing them with Companies House for you. If you are required to have an audit then we will prepare your accounts for your auditor, we do not undertake audits ourselves.
If you are an unincorporated business, in order to comply with tax legislation, it is advisable and often necessary to prepare accounts in support of a tax return.
At Account-Ad Services we believe that accounts should be of maximum use to our clients, for example your bank may require accounts to support borrowing facilities.
