Karan Butterfield of Account-Ad Services LLP holds Power of Attorney over my firm.  She’s able to assume full control over my business if in the event of sickness or personal problems.  She will also be responsible for running my business if I die.  She holds banking authority and is responsible for making payments from the bank without supervision or checking.

She won’t do anything if she doesn’t like the idea, she’s got a temper on her that makes Gordon Ramsay seem like Mother Teresa, and managing her is like trying to herd lions.

And I love her to bits!
